Limited 24-Month Warranty

1. Who and What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of a new CNC Dock product purchased directly from Silent Manufacturing LLC or an authorized seller. It covers defects in the materials used to manufacture the product and defects in the workmanship of the product under normal, intended use during the 24-month warranty period.

2. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage.

Excluded damage includes, without limitation, damage resulting from accident, impact, dropping, crushing, liquid, fire, excessive heat, electrical surge, improper power, improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or repair, use outside the documented operating requirements, incompatible equipment, external equipment, environmental conditions, shipping after delivery, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation is also excluded.

This Limited Warranty does not cover CNC machines, computers, networks, storage media, workpieces, tooling, fixtures, programs, files, lost data, lost production, or any product other than the CNC Dock unit itself.

3. Warranty Remedy

If Silent Manufacturing LLC confirms that a covered defect occurred during the warranty period, Silent Manufacturing LLC will, at its option, repair the CNC Dock unit, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent unit, or refund the original purchase price. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

Contact Silent Manufacturing LLC before returning the product. You must provide proof of purchase, the product serial number, and a description of the suspected defect. Do not ship a product until you receive return instructions. Products returned without authorization may be refused.

5. Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited in duration to the 24-month term of this Limited Warranty. Silent Manufacturing LLC is not liable under this Limited Warranty for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Your Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. No reseller, employee, or other person is authorized to modify this Limited Warranty unless the modification is made in a written agreement signed by Silent Manufacturing LLC.
